Leslie & David ~ e-session in Captiva, FL

Leslie and David are from San Francisco and will be getting married in Captiva, FL in April. David and Leslie are part-owners of Mixt Greens, a restaurant with a twist, in their own words "Eco-gourmet". Check out their site! I had so much fun with these two! They are so in love with one another and have an absolute blast together. I can't wait until their wedding!

Vegas Baby

I know I'm posting this late, but I had no free time and no sleep while in Vegas. So here are some images from my fabulous trip last week. There were so many amazing photographers to learn from and hang out with! Monday night Bludomain put on an invite only party in Hugh Hefner's suite in The Palms. The suite has a 2 lane bowling alley and is $25,000 a night! It was a blast. They also had a photo booth there that we had a lot of fun with. Wednesday DWF bused us all out to the desert for a shoot by the amazing John Michael Cooper. We watched him work his magic with a bride and groom and a rockin' red car. While out there, the cameras somehow turned on Lauren and I. It was a blast! I mostly enjoyed spending time with my good friends and fellow photographers, Davina Fear, Lauren Clark, Fred Egan, Shan Renee, Allan Zepeda, Garrett and Joy Nudd, Jen and Steve Bebb, Charles Bordner, Chris and Katie Torres, and Cristy Cross. I'm off to catch up on some sleep now.

Our last night going away dinner at a not so great mexican restaurant. Fred is missing on the left side. My last meal before heading to the airport at 330am.

On My Way to Las Vegas...

I'm headed out to Las Vegas for DWF (Digital Wedding Forum) and WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International). I'm so excited to see all of my photographer friends! I will be checking my email and will do my best to reply within a timely manner. I will be back and available in April. I'm sure I'll be posting some fun stuff from Vegas, so keep checking in!

The Kriston Family ~ love, laughter, & sports

I had so much fun spending time with Sherra, Jim, Hannah, Garrett, and Maggie (the dog). Oh, and I can't forget to mention Gunny, Maggie's best friend. Not only did I get to spend time capturing their life at home, I was also privileged to see Hannah play basketball and Garrett play baseball. Both Hannah and Garrett are amazing young individuals. Hannah is full of smiles and such a wonderful young lady. She finds joy in everything. Garrett is full of life and is quite the ham. I don't know if I recall a moment he wasn't laughing. Such joys to be around! It's not hard to see where these kids get it from. Jim and Sherra are wonderful people. I've gotten to know them quite well over the last few months and very much enjoy their friendship. Thank you for inviting me into your home and for the laughs. I truly had a blast!
